I competed at the highest level. I trained every day. I knew the work. But what I didn't know was how to handle the pressure, mistakes, and setbacks that came with it. Those moments shaped me—and they shaped my mission.

As a coach and leader, I saw the same struggle in athletes and teams I worked with. That's why I built The Five Athlete Mindsets and the SHIFT Method—a practical, proven system to help athletes and teams perform with clarity, resilience, and confidence.
